Delivery Information

We may pass on your telephone number or email to our delivery partners only for the purpose of delivery notifications
Our Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the products ordered.
Light and inexpensive Items will be despatched Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at a Cost of £2.90
Heavy or Expensive Items will be despatched via Courier at a Cost of £3.95
International order postage will be calculated by the system, please create an account first and enter your address to immediately see your postage costs if you live outside the UK
Stock Items
Items held in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours of us receiving your order. If you have ordered a number of items, these will be dispatched as they become available. We will not hold up your entire order waiting for an out-of-stock item or new release to arrive in stock.

Fax and Mail Order
You can fax or mail your orders to us 24 hours a day.
When you visit or purchase from our sites, "Cookies" are left on your PC to enable us to track your orders and supply other mutually helpful information. (See "Enabling Cookies" below). Wherever possible, we use "session cookies" which are removed when you shut down your internet browser.

Returns Policy 
At MultiPharmacy we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. So, in addition to your automatic right of cancellation, we have a "total satisfaction" guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, all you have to do is return it to us in good condition and unopened (seals in tacked) within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item less a nominal charge of £2.50 for handling, insurance and re-stocking. We will be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return is a result of our error or a defect (see below). Simply visit our Customer Service Centre. To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. Then send it to our English Language Customer Service Representatives at the address below:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. You can contact MultiPharmacy by post, e-mail, phone or fax, at the address given above.

At MultiPharmacy we are constantly striving to improve all aspects of our Customer Care and welcome your input. Should you have any comments please go to our suggestions page should you have a complaint, MultiPharmacy undertakes to deal with this within 2 working days of receipt.
